Sobha Realty is introducing its first community in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. Sobha City is a waterfront residential project that combines a peaceful environment with naturally integrated community and urban living.

The project is built on three pillars – LIVE, CONNECT, and RESTORE. These define a living concept focused on light, space, and privacy, a community that connects everyday services and people, and a green environment that brings balance and space for daily regeneration.

Prices start from AED 1.31M, with planned completion in Q4 2029.
