What makes this project unique?
Downtown Umm Al Quwain spans over 2 km², includes 11 kilometers of coastline (7 km of which are natural beaches and parks), and will be entirely led by a single developer. The masterplan is divided into three main zones:

Trade Centre – a dynamic business, trade, and cultural district with its own legal jurisdiction
South Beach – a modern resort-style residential area focused on leisure and relaxation
The site will feature four luxury hotels, shopping centers, premium office spaces, and residential communities. The project was officially unveiled by the Crown Prince Sheikh Rashid bin Saud Al Mualla, and received strong public support from the founder of Sobha Group, PNC Menon, who called Downtown UAQ “a vision turned into reality”.

Among the first projects to launch within Downtown UAQ is AQUAMONT – a modern residential development combining peaceful living with elegant architecture and sea views. The property offers 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments, starting from 52 m². Prices begin at 280.000 EUR and completion is scheduled for Q2/2028.
