Just off Burj Al Arab, Naïa Island is set to offer Cheval Blanc’s first Middle East resort, exclusive residences and marina – quiet elegance meets luxury.
Dubai, a city that never ceases to surprise, is preparing for yet another world premiere. Just off the iconic Burj Al Arab, Naïa Island is taking shape – a private island destined to become a symbol of discreet luxury. And this is no ordinary project. The legendary Cheval Blanc brand from the LVMH group will open its very first Middle East property here.
Naïa Island will be located just off the Jumeirah coast. Its architecture embraces low-rise buildings, green promenades, and a seamless connection with nature. The result is a place where exclusivity blends with serenity and privacy – a rare combination in vibrant Dubai.
At the heart of the project will stand Cheval Blanc Maison – an ultra-luxury resort with just 30 suites and 40 villas featuring private pools. Each residence will offer either direct beach access or breathtaking sea views. The design follows the “quiet luxury” philosophy – elegant and refined, free from unnecessary ostentation.
The island will also feature a limited collection of beachfront residences and plots. Owners will enjoy full access to the resort’s services – from concierge and wellness to a private marina for yachts. Prices are expected to surpass even the record-breaking sales on Palm Jumeirah or Jumeira Bay.
Beyond exclusive living, Naïa Island will host world-class dining, a luxury spa, art installations, and lush green spaces. The development will be guided by sustainability, with low-rise construction and sensitive integration into the coastline to minimize its ecological footprint.
Construction has already begun, with the grand opening planned for 2029. The project forms part of the “Dubai 2030” strategy, designed to position the city at the very top of global premium tourism and living.
Naïa Island is on track to become Dubai’s new icon – a destination where discreet luxury, refined design, and ultimate comfort meet. If you are looking for more than just a prestigious address, this is where it’s being built.
