Why did you decide to invest in Dubai?
I was interested in investing outside the EU, and property prices in Dubai are still favorable. Discounts during Ramadan are also interesting. Another dimension of the investment was that we can use the property for vacation in the winter.
According to what preferences did you choose the property?
I mainly chose according to the location, so that the availability of shopping centers, entertainment and relaxation was as good as possible.
How long did the whole process of buying a property in Dubai take?
The process only took about 1-2 weeks.
Have you bought a property for your own purposes or for rent?
The purchase took place primarily for the purpose of renting, but we will certainly use the property for vacations as well, so that we do not have to pay much higher prices for a hotel.
Have you used a payment plan and what benefits do you see in it, if any?
Yes. The posthandover plan allows you to rent the property already at 65% of the paid purchase price. However, not all developers offer this option. Each developer offers its own installment plan, so everyone can choose what suits them.
What attracted you personally to Dubai, what do you like most about the place?
Climatic conditions during winter are excellent here. Also, the short flight time compared to Asia makes Dubai an ideal place for a winter holiday. In addition, Dubai is a modern progressive city where technology in all areas of industry is rapidly advancing.
Do you also perceive any negatives regarding Dubai?
Climatic conditions during the summer are a problem for most people from the Czech Republic.
Would you recommend buying a property through BuyDubai, and why?
Yes, I definitely recommend thanks to Mr. Karásek, who helped me in everything. He explained everything to me about how things work in Dubai and advised me on what to focus on when buying a property. A big advantage is that you have an office with a local employee in Dubai and take care of the service and maintenance of clients' properties.
