Dubai-based Nakheel and Excelsior Real Estate have teamed up to launch a new beachfront property development in the city. Rixos Dubai Islands, Hotel and Residences will be in a prime location on the islands on the north coast of the emirate.

The project will provide residents and visitors with the same level of service and amenities found in Rixos resorts worldwide. Future residents can look forward to areas for sports, wellness, common residential lounges, cafes and restaurants, various entertainment options, hotel lobby for each building with facilities, infinity pools, spa and fitness center.
The new development is located in a secluded bay on the islands with a 700m beach to which all residents have direct access. It will feature modern mid-rise architecture with a resort look. All residences are designed for maximum privacy and offer the best views and natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows. The residences will consist of one, two and three-bedroom apartments with spacious overhanging terraces creating shade, four-bedroom maisonettes with private pools, beach houses with their own gardens and terraces and ten luxury villas.
All residences boast sea views, including sunset views over the sea. The venue offers family-friendly facilities that Rixos is known for, such as a kids' club. Dubai Islands consists of five islands with a total area of 17 km2 and 20 km of beaches and offers beachfront living within 20 minutes of the city centre. The airport and seaport are also within easy reach. The development will be supported by the Urban Master Plan 2040, which aims to increase the number of hotels and create vibrant and healthy communities.
